Terms of Service

payment methods

paypal or venmo only; i will not take deviantart points anymore, as i never use the site. i must recieve this payment before i can begin work on the commission-- in addition to this, i am open to split payments of 50% before beginning work, and 50% after completion.

in the event that it is a 50/50 paid commission, upon completion, i'll send a heavily watermarked version to ensure that the piece is what you envisioned, and an unwatermarked version will be sent after the second payment.

communication / boundaries

please do not edit (without permission), trace, extensively reference my work or claim that you created it. i am able to work under specific deadlines if discussed sufficiently in advance, and will provide progress shots upon request. this in mind, please be considerate and do not rush me if it a significant amount of time has not passed yet.

refusal of service / dni

i have the right to refuse service to any client, regardless of the reason-- if after accepting payment for a commission i decide to cancel the commission, a refund will be sent as soon as possible. i will not issue refunds upon request unless i have not yet begun work on the commission.
